These terms govern the use of the sam.wilkiedevs.com website, the guides it publishes and the Wilkie Devs apps that operate on Samuel Wilkie’s own Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. By using the website or interacting with those accounts you accept these terms.

Use of the website

  • The website presents Samuel Wilkie’s work, projects and services. You may browse it freely and use the contact forms for genuine requests.
  • You may not use the website or its forms to send spam or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or run automated tests that affect its operation.
  • The panel and private questionnaires are for invited people only.

Services and proposals

Service information on the website is descriptive and is not a binding offer. Each project is agreed separately through a written proposal or contract that sets scope, deliverables, timelines and financial terms, and that prevails over these terms on the matters it covers.

Guides and educational content

  • Guides, posts and videos are provided free of charge, for informational and educational purposes, as is. Review each step before applying it to your systems; you use them at your own risk.
  • Market figures shown in educational content are general references, not Wilkie Devs quotes.
  • Names and logos of third-party tools belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

Intellectual property

Texts, designs, videos, images and the Sammy character belong to Samuel Wilkie unless stated otherwise. You may share the links and quote short excerpts with attribution; ask for permission for any other use. Open source repositories are governed by the license published in each repository.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok apps

  • Meta app "wilkiedevs": sends automatic replies to comments and messages on Samuel Wilkie’s Facebook Page and Instagram account when they include a keyword requested in a post, and publishes his own content. It does not act on other people’s accounts.
  • Wilkie Devs TikTok publishing app: used only by Samuel Wilkie to publish his own videos to his own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. It is not open to other users and does not post on their behalf.
  • Use of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is also governed by the terms of Meta Platforms and TikTok. These apps are not sponsored or endorsed by Meta or TikTok.
  • The data these apps process is described in the privacy policy: /en/privacy.

Warranties and liability

The website, guides and automatic replies are provided without any guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Wilkie Devs is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of free content or of linked third-party sites. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law or what a services contract provides.

Third-party links

The website and guides may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, GitHub or AI tools). Their use is governed by each service’s terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disagreement will first be resolved directly by writing to the contact above.

Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
