The project
Full rewrite and cloud migration from a legacy PHP/MySQL application to a TypeScript platform on Microsoft Azure. It follows a patient journey from quote through care planning, medical approval, billing and follow-up. Includes Connect, a passwordless patient portal with one-time codes. Source code is private; the public repository is an architecture showcase.
Architecture
Multi-app React frontend (staff, quoting, care plan, Connect and academy) on an Express REST API with Prisma and PostgreSQL. Multi-stage medical approval with per-physician e-signature, role-based access control and Zoho CRM sync.
