Management platforms

Custom management platforms with users and roles

I build custom web applications to run a business: users with roles and permissions, multi-step approvals, clear dashboards and a record of who did what and when.

Atlas — Clinical Inventory (OmniStem)
Lookitry
G&M Capital — Leads Portal

01

Problems I solve

  • Operations live in spreadsheets and scattered messages, with no single reliable record.

  • Nobody can tell who approved, withdrew or changed something, or when.

  • Everyone sees everything, or nobody sees what they need.

  • Systems do not talk to each other and the team duplicates work.

02

What I build

  • Users, roles and permissions

Each person accesses only what applies to them, with corporate sign-in when needed.

  • Multi-stage approvals

Multi-step flows with e-signature and clear owners at every stage.

  • Traceability

Lot-level inventory with FEFO allocation and movements confirmed by role and PIN.

  • Dashboards and tracking

Operational views of the current state and the full history of each case.

  • Client or patient portals

Passwordless access with one-time codes, built for people who use the system once in a while.

  • QR withdrawals from mobile

Fast on-site recording of movements, straight from a phone.

How I work

  1. 1

    Discovery

We understand the process, the roles involved and the rules that cannot be broken.

  2. 2

    Specification

I work with Spec-Driven Development: the behavior is written down and agreed on before building.

  3. 3

    Build

Development in stages, on an architecture that stays orderly as it grows.

  4. 4

    Operate and evolve

Production monitoring and improvements as the team uses the platform.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work remotely, and in which language?

I work remotely from Cali, Colombia. Native Spanish and English (B2); documentation and tickets in either language.

Can it integrate with the tools we already use?

I have connected platforms to Zoho CRM and Microsoft 365 sign-in, and deployed them on Microsoft Azure. If your tool has an API, it can usually be integrated.

How do you use Spec-Driven Development?

We write a specification of the expected behavior first, then build against it. Everyone knows what is being delivered before any code is written.

Do you use AI in these platforms?

When it adds value, yes. Nexus, for example, includes AI-assisted clinical writing.

How do we get started?

Reach out through the contact page or WhatsApp, tell me which process you want to get in order, and we will see if it is a fit.

07

Other capabilities

Which process needs a platform of its own?

Tell me how your team operates today and where control slips. Native Spanish; English (B2).
