AI automation
AI process automation
I design and build the backend that puts AI agents to work: they answer conversations, qualify leads and route tasks across WhatsApp, your CRM, email and forms, so nobody has to copy data by hand.

01
Problems I solve
Leads arrive through WhatsApp, forms and email, and someone has to key them into the CRM by hand.
After-hours inquiries go cold before your team gets to them.
There is no consistent way to decide who is worth calling first.
Follow-up tasks depend on each person remembering, so they slip.
02
What I build
WhatsApp conversational agents
They talk to the customer, collect the key details and hand the conversation to a person when needed.
Lead qualification and routing
Rules and AI models that classify each contact and send it to the right stage of the funnel.
CRM integration
Contacts, stages and tasks are created and updated automatically, including through custom MCP servers.
Smart calculators and forms
Data capture with live calculation that feeds the sales process directly.
AI pipelines and automatic activation
AI image generation flows and automatic plan activation, now in open beta.
Protected portals
PIN-based access so each client or team sees only what belongs to them.

How I work
- 1
Discovery
We map the current process: where the work comes in, who touches it and where it gets lost.
- 2
Specification
I work with Spec-Driven Development: before any code, the behavior is written down and agreed on.
- 3
Build
Development in stages, with tests and deliveries you can see working.
- 4
Operate and evolve
Monitoring, tuning and new rules as the real process shows what to improve.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work remotely, and in which language?
I work remotely from Cali, Colombia. Native Spanish and English (B2); documentation and tickets in either language.
Can it integrate with the CRM we already use?
It depends on the CRM, but I have integrated Kommo through a custom MCP server and Zoho CRM on other projects. If your tool has an API, it can usually be connected.
How do you use Spec-Driven Development?
We write a specification of the expected behavior first, then build against it. Everyone knows what is being delivered before any code is written.
Is the AI already running in production?
Yes. The G&M Capital WhatsApp agent runs AI in production, and the Lookitry image pipelines are in open beta.
How do we get started?
Reach out through the contact page or WhatsApp, tell me which process you want to automate, and we will see if it is a fit.

Other capabilities
Management platforms
I build custom web applications to run a business: users with roles and permissions, multi-step approvals, clear dashboards and a record of who did what and when.
View this capabilityWebsites built in code
I built many WordPress sites and I know their weak points from the inside: plugins that break, licenses that renew and an endless stream of security patches. Today I build websites directly in code with Next.js and React, and I migrate the ones you already have without losing your Google rankings.
View this capabilityWhich process would you like off your plate?
Tell me how you work today and where things get stuck. Native Spanish; English (B2).
